Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At Soul Coffee & Co., your experience matters to us.

Due to the nature of our products, all food and beverage purchases are final sale. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will gladly make it right.

For non-food retail items, exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition.

For online orders, any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
